Michele
Slider, RN, MSN
Michele has been a member of the Inland Empire Board of Directors for three years serving first as a Member-at-Large, then as Vice-President, and currently as President until her term expires in November 2010.
Michele has been a nurse since 1984 when she graduated from the Intercollegiate College of Nursing Education/EWU in Spokane, WA. After gaining a few years of experience she achieved her goal of becoming a maternal-child nurse and worked in her chosen specialty area for nineteen years. Michele earned her Master's degree in 2004 and taught in Washington State University and Gonzaga University's schools of nursing. She is now a Clinical Data Analyst in Performance Improvement at Providence Holy Family Hospital.
Michele is a Spokane native, and graduate of Joel E. Ferris H.S. She has two adult children who both live in Spokane as do many members of her extended family.
